Posted Wed May 05 08:18PMTrue to Earth Day this year, contractors who remodel old homes built before 1978 are now required to certified by the EPA. This will raise the cost for these guys, which in turn will raise the cost of remodeling. (Most reputable companies in California were already doing this).
