Took the Naglee Park Home Tour today and no surprise-there are some
fabulous historic homes in this neighborhood. What I didn't know is that around the turn of that century, homeowners were
taxed on rooms, so the powers that be considered a closet another room, hence more taxes. This is why their closets
were so small. Always wondered where they put their stuff! Learn something new everyday...

Posted Wed Jan 20 04:09PMThis graph shows homes placed on the market for each month during the past year. Central San Jose, with it's wide of styles and locations, has seen a lot of foreclosures and short sales, hence the higher inventory levels.
